This rate includes :

Reservation guaranteed by credit card, payment due upon departure de hotel. Cancellation and modification possible until 6pm (local time), 1 day prior to arrival date. After this time, the first night¬s stay per room reserved will be charged. In case of no-show, the first nights stay per room will be charged. In case of earlier departure, one night penalty on each room reserved will be charged.
Fair periods (AVIGNON FESTIVAL : from 03 to 26/07/12 included): Mandatory total prepayment. Cancellation and modification possible until 6pm (local time), 14 days prior to arrival date. After this time, the total amount of the stay per room reserved will be charged. In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay per room reserved will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure, the total amount of the stay per room reserved will not be refunded.
The Hotel will be freed of all responsibilities without any compensation, in the partial or complete non-performance of a contract resulting de a haphazard case, due to a third party or a fact of major force.*
* Events of major force here aimed are all accidental or calamitous disasters, attack, fire, complete or partial strike, damages and other disasters, a pandemic declared by the Worldwide Organization of Health or any measure emanating de Administrative Authority or de Authorities returning impossible the execution of the contract or preventing its normal execution.
