| Un número de tarjeta de crédito es necesario para confirmar la reserva.
El precio de las habitaciones se entiende IVA excluido (+7%).
En caso de anulación menos de 24 horas antes de la llegada o en caso de no-show, una noche por habitación será cargado sobre su tarjeta de crédito.

Sí la cancelación se produce hasta con 15 días, antes de la fecha de llegada: El hotel no efectuará cargos.
Sí la cancelación se produce de 14 a 8 días, antes de la fecha de llegada: El hotel cargará el importe de la 1ª noche.
Sí la cancelación se produce después ó si se produce un No Show : El hotel cargará el importe total de la estancia.
Check-in: 14.00 horas y check-out: 12.00 horas.
Los niños a partir de 10 años pagan el mismo precio(premio) que un adulto. Gracias por incluirlos en el compartimiento número de adultos.

Desayuno no incluido: 16 Euros por persona y al día (+IVA)

A continuación les detallamos la política de reservas, cancelaciones y depósitos para las fechas de la referencia:
Política de depósito:
Para la confirmación definitiva de la reserva es necesario garantizar la reserva con tarjeta de crédito, en la que se cargará el deposito de una noche de estancia + el IVA correspondiente ( 7% ) en el regimen que se haga la petición, a partir del 15 de Noviembre.
Política penalización de cancelaciones:
· Hasta 4 meses antes de la llegada : sin cargo
· De 4 meses a 3 meses antes de la llegada: 50%
· De 3 meses a 1 mes antes de la llegada:75%
· 1 mes antes de la llegada : 100%

If the client cancel the reservation 15 days before the check in date = no charges
Cancelation between 14 and 8 days before the check in date = the hotel will charge the 1st. night
Cancelation between 7 days before the check in date and the same day AND NO SHOW = the hotel will charge the reservation total amount.

When the hotel receives the reservation, will charge the 1st night (+ vat) in the client credit card.
