Turn right on to Oxford St at the junction of Whitworth Street and Oxford St. Proceed along Oxford St onto Peter St going past Manchester Central Library. You will find Watson Street on your left just before Deansgate.
- By Rail (2): Leave Manchester Oxford Railway Station on Whitworth Street and turn right. At the junction turn left onto Oxford Street. Proceed along Oxford St onto Peter St going past Manchester Central Library. You will find Watson Street on your left just before Deansgate.
- Manchester Airport: Leave Manchester airport via the M56 towards Manchester City Centre. Proceed along the M56 joining onto Princess Road. At the roundabout take 2nd exit (Medlock Street). Proceed along Medlock Street joining onto Albion Street. At the traffic lights turn left onto Great Bridgewater St. Watson St will be on your right as your pass through under the bridge.

This property will charge the guests supplied credit/debit card prior to arrival. All cancellations must be made at least 2 working days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made within this period is non-refundable.

All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
