There is a fully equipped ironing room on the 6th Floor and vending Machines are also available in the on floors 1-9. The Hotel has its own security. Bedrooms:
Within the 705 guest bedrooms there are a range of room types; standard, superior, deluxe and executive.
- Standard Rooms: En-suite shower & WC, Colour TV with news and radio channels, Direct dial telephone with voicemail, Digital safe, Hairdryer, Tea & coffee making facilities.
- Superior Rooms: Have the same facilities as the Standard rooms but are slightly bigger.
- Deluxe Rooms: Have the same facilities as the Standard rooms but also include Lounge/Seating area (deluxe doubles only), Air conditioning (deluxe doubles only) and work space with desk lamp.

Leisure Facilities:
The hotel has the largest sports and leisure facility in Central London and it is located beneath the hotel. The Leisure centre is owned and managed by the Central YMCA. Access is available to all St Giles guests for an extra fee.
The Leisure Club is spacious & well equipped with 53 Cardio Machines & 55 Resistance Stations, 25 metre Fitness Swimming Pool & a 40 metre Sports Hall. The Centre also offers a Fitness Studio, Dance Studios, Free Weights Room, Squash & Handball Courts. Sauna, Sun beds, Massages, Exercise classes and Various Clubs & Activities are all available at a charge.
Children under 16 are not permitted to use gym equipment or take part in fitness classes. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Use of these facilities is subject to satisfactory completion of a health questionnaire at the discretion of the Club Management.
Leisure facilities are closed on all Public Holidays and may be closed at other times at the discretion of the Club Management.

Six, flexible spaces for meetings, private dining and receptions. Day Delegate packages are available including, Room Hire, 3 Servings of Tea & Coffee, 2 Course Lunch in one the hotels restaurants, Mineral Water, Mints, Stationery, Flip Charts, Pens & Paper. Cancellation Policy: |
If you wish to cancel or amend this reservation you can do so by contacting us at least before 12:00 (noon) London time 1 working day prior to the arrival date.
If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserve the right to charge for 1 Days accommodation.
Deposits:
As well as the full payment of the reservation at check-in, guests will be required to provide a cash deposit or credit card (which will be swiped for authorisation) for the value of the stay plus extras. All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with discountcityhotels.net to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment. All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.
