A Converted Victorian Building built in the late 19th Century. Subsequently architecturally redesigned to house 76 self-catering apartments serviced daily on a hotel basis. Bedrooms:
From single studios to 3 bed roomed apartments let on a daily basis with the advantage of the hotel facilities. All rooms include: bedroom, en-suite facilities, TV, IDD telephone, dining/kitchenette and ironing boards. Studios do not have full lounge facilities, however, all apartments from one bedroom to 3 bedroom apartments include lounge facilities. The hotel provides wireless Internet access in the lounge free of charge.
Please be aware that this aparthotel is receiving a high volume of requests for apartments/rooms with Wooden Floors but most have carpeted flooring. Therefore there is no guarantee that you will receive an apartment/room with a wooden floor.
There are also a limited amount of refurbished apartments/rooms at Royal Court Apartments therefore they are subject to availability and at an additional cost of £40-60 per night. The rates displayed on the website are only for standard apartments/rooms at the Royal Court and there is no guarantee of receiving a refurbished room for bookings made at the standard rates/prices.
Extra beds are available at £20 per night, please enquire.

Access:
From Paddington Station you can access to all forms of travel: Train Station and the Heathrow Express, which provides a direct rail, link service to and from Heathrow Airport every 15 minutes.
Guests can check into one of 28 Airline check in desks at Paddington Station - check in bags, collect boarding pass and then travel 'stress free' direct to Heathrow Airport.

Situated 2 minutes walk from the majestic gardens & fountains of Hyde Park, offers a fabulous location with excellent 24-hour reception, security and daily maid service - making it a home from home with the added bonus of hotel facilities.
Across the park are Kensington, Knightsbridge (Harrods), Buckingham Palace and the Royal Albert Hall, to name a few famous landmarks. Also, at Royal court Apartments you are also within walking distance of Notting Hill Gate and Portobello Rd (market), and only a short distance from the shops of Oxford Street.
The nearest underground stations are Lancaster Gate - for central lane (few minutes walk from the station) and Paddington - Circle, District & Hammersmith and City Lanes (now direct link to Airport Heathrow via Heathrow Express).

Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
