Bedrooms:
From single studios to 3 bed roomed apartments let on a daily basis with the advantage of the hotel facilities. All rooms include: bedroom, en-suite facilities, TV, IDD telephone, dining/kitchenette and ironing boards. Studios do not have full lounge facilities, however, all apartments from one bedroom to 3 bedroom apartments include lounge facilities. The hotel provides wireless Internet access in the lounge free of charge. Extra bed is available at £ 20 per night, please enquire.

Access:
From Paddington Station you can access to all forms of travel: Train Station and the Heathrow Express, which provides a direct rail, link service to and from Heathrow Airport every 15 minutes.
Guests can check into one of 28 Airline check in desks at Paddington Station - check in bags, collect boarding pass and then travel 'stress free' direct to Heathrow Airport.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
