Please note from March 16th 2009, the LifeStyle Leisure Club will be partially closed for refurbishment and facility upgrades until further notice, therefore the pool, whirlpool and saunas will be unavailable, but the gym will still be accessable.
This newly refurbished contemporary hotel is located adjacent to Victoria mainline and underground stations. Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
