Important: Please be aware from January 2011 the Grand Plaza will not be accepting departures on Sundays, therefore Saturdays have a 2 night minimum stay requirement.

Breakfast:
The Grand Plaza now offer a Continental (£7.50 on day, £6.50 pre-booked) and English (£10.95 on day, £9.95 pre-booked) Breakfast buffets. Served between 8am and 11am.

Cancellation Policy: |
At the time of your booking, the first night's rate will be debited from your account as a deposit for your reservation. If you need to cancel your booking this amount will be fully refunded to your card if you notify us by the deadlines stated below.
Stay less than 14 nights: cancellation deadline: 3 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 1 nights charge.
Stay between 14 to 30 nights: cancellation deadline: 7 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 7 nights charge.
Stay of more than 30 nights: cancellation deadline: 14 working days prior to arrival. Late cancellation: 14 nights charge.
IMPORTANT: Special conditions for reservations arriving between 26th May 2012 and 30th September 2012:
50% of the total value of the booking will be charged at the time of booking and it's non refundable.
The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Should you wish to cancel your booking you have to do so up to 30 days prior to arrival date.
After this date full amount will be debited from your card and will be not refunded.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with discountcityhotels.net to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.
All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
