All buildings have video entry phone systems and key card entry - it’s safe, secure and help is only a call away.
They offer many of the comforts of an up market hotel suite, at prices comparable with a standard hotel room. All in fantastic locations, in and around the City Centre, good communication links to the City and motorways, in relaxed suburban environment and leafy surroundings or central to the city’s business, shopping and entertainment districts. All houses have landscaped roof gardens and private balconies to have a quiet place to relax (subject to availability). A convenience store is in one-minute walk away to pick up essential supplies easily. All apartments are close to numerous good restaurants, bars and shops for all your needs.
The Burne Jones House:
Burne Jones House is a development of 29 fully furnished serviced apartments in the commercial and shopping centre of Birmingham, designed for the professional and business travel sector. Built in the late 19th century and the birthplace of the pre-Raphaelite painter Edward Burne Jones, the Art Deco, six storey building has been sympathetically redeveloped to provide 29 delightfully designed apartments.
Many of the original fittings remain such as the marble entrance hall, solid bronze front door, ornate windows and marble flooring on the landings.

Broadband Internet and telephone connections are available in every apartment, surrounded by great restaurants, bars and shops. The building has a large roof terrace to relax away from the busy city below.
Fixtures & Fittings:
The living and sleeping areas have wood laminate or original wooden floors; kitchen and bathroom floors are ceramic tiled. All apartments have fully fitted kitchens (including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer dryer, stainless steel oven, ceramic or stainless steel hob and extractor fan. The bedrooms have double or king size beds (fold away beds in studios to provide large living areas) and all of them are carpeted.

All cancellations must be made at least 8 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellation made within this period is non-refundable.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with discountcityhotels.net to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.
All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
