Protected in a quiet backstreet situated back to Opera Garnier and department stores, the Touraine Opera enjoys a choice location. The tone is set in the marble lobby with its coloured wood panelling, decorated with antique etchings and deep leather sofas. The 39 rooms are decorated in a delicat palette of ochre and pastel green. At the Touraine Opera the confort is not a word we take in vain. The generous breakfast can be served in your room or at the buffet of the superb vaulted cellar. The perfect example of Paris of the past and the future, this district is charming and full of life.
This charming hotel in the heart of Paris is typically French in the
romantic style. It is a perfect place to stay in the city of romance!
Some of the rooms have exposed beams, which give them an intimate and
romantic atmosphere. You can just as easily make it your base for
business trips because it is ideally located in the center of Paris
with several bus lines and two Metro Stations close by: Notre Dame de
Lorette and Trinité line 12.
The Touraine Opéra comprises 39 rooms, all with air-conditioned.
They are arranged over seven floors and have a view over the
courtyard or the quiet street. 19 rooms are entirely non smoking.

The bathrooms have hairdryers, shower cubicle or tub, 220V shaving
point, welcome pack with shower gels, cotton wool and soaps.
There is a pay mini-bar in your room with spirit miniatures (whisky,
vodka, cognac, gin), sodas, orange juice and still and sparkling
mineral water as well as peanuts and chocolate.
All rooms have direct line telephone and flat screen TV with 10
channels (TF1, Fr2, Fr3, Canal +, Arte, M6, Eurosport, TVEI, CNN, BBC
World). For your comfort, there is Internet through WiFi system in all
rooms (7 € for 24 hours).
A pay laundry service is available at Reception. Leave your laundry in
the morning and collect it clean and ironed the end of the day.
On the lower ground floor, a magnificent cellar in dressed stone
serves as the Breakfast Room from 7.00 am to 10.30 am and seats thirty persons.
There are different types of cereals (corn flakes, fruit muesli,
chocolate muesli), orange and grapefruit juice, coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, fruit, fruit salad, plain and fruit, yogurts, compotes, eggs, cheeses (Tomme noire, Cantadou), sweet breads (pains chocolat, croissants), bread rolls, preserves, ham.
Breakfast can be served in your room from 7.30am to 10.30am.
The receptionist will give you a cordial welcome you in the colorful
foyer. They are there to make your stay more enjoyable by advising you on the activities and places to visit in the neighborhood. Personnel speak French, English and Spanish.
Opposite you are two lounges with very comfortable leather club
armchairs. A glass roof lights one of the lounges and you can just
relax or use the Internet with WiFi (chargeable).
Several magazines and daily papers are available, such as the revue Jalouse, international (Herald Tribune, El Pais) and French newspapers (le Figaro together with its weekly supplement).
You can also request a shaving or toothbrush kit. You can equally send
faxes from Reception.
There is public pay parking close by.

The Touraine Opera is really in the heart of Paris just halfway between the Opera and the Sacre Coeur, in the centre of what was the "New Athens" district. A strategic position a stone's throw away from the city's well-stocked department stores : Galeries Lafayette and Printemps.
