By airplane- From the Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport, take RER line B and get off at Saint-Michel Notre Dame.
- From Orly airport, take RER C until Antony, change to line B and get off at Saint-Michel Notre Dame.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends.
