Located halfway between the Seine and Place d'Italie, close to gare d'Austerlitz and Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital, this 3-star establishment is directly accessible through a garden and offers 50 apartments over 6 floors, with 50 two-person studios, including 17 twin bed studios,2 sofa-bed studios; 25 large studios, 4 club studios and 2 one-bedroom apartments that sleep up to 4 people.
In studios, choose between sofa beds, twin beds or beds. In apartments, there are sofa beds in the lounge area and a double bed in the bedroom.
Ideal Location:
Between the Latin Quarter and the Grande Bibliothèque (France's new National Library), this Apart'hotel is located in a bustling, traditional French area, complete with wide, tree-lined avenues, tiny squares and old-fashioned café terraces. Nature lovers can stroll through the Jardin des Plantes, the capital's botanical garden (with a menagerie and the Galerie de l'Evolution in the Museum of Natural History), or wander along the nearby banks of the River Seine right into the heart of Paris.
Comfort and Convenience:
Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with a separate toilet in the one-bedroom apartments, a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with microwave/grill and fridge, TV with satellite channels and a direct-line phone. Hairdryers are available in the rooms.
Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 1 apartment is equipped for people with reduced mobility.

If you wish to cancel or amend this reservation you can do so by contacting us at least before 12:00 (noon) London time 2 working day(s) prior to the arrival date.
If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserves the right to charge for:
- price of 1 night (plus taxes if applicable) for stays of less than 7 nights,
- price of 2 nights (plus taxes if applicable) for stays from 7 to 29 nights,
- price of 3 nights (plus taxes if applicable) for stays of 30 nights or more.
Failure to arrive if no cancellation has been notified shall be deemed a "no-show" and shall give rise to the above mentioned cancellation fees.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with discountcityhotels.net to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.
All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
