terrace or private garden. The residence offers easy access to the centre of
Paris (metro lines 12 and 8) and is near the Parc des Expositions, Palais des
Sports and Aqua boulevard watersports centre, only 5 minutes away on foot.

2 or 4 rings, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher). Bathroom with bath, (1 extra
shower room in the 3P6) with separate WC (except in the apartments adapted for

(payable) with direct line. 2 telephone sockets allowing access to the Internet.
Almost every apartments have balcony, terrace or private garden. Private safe

If you fail to cancel prior to this time the full amount of the stay is non-refundable.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with discountcityhotels.net to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.
All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
