The Villa Saint Martin is an independent quality three star hotel with 53 rooms, located in Paris between the Canal Saint Martin and the Gare de l'Est, close from the Gare du Nord. The hotel was fully refurbished in 2001/02 and offers a level of comfort which places it towards the top end of hotels in its category. The aim is to provide our guests with a thoroughly enjoyable, restful and satisfying stay by combining comfort, service, hospitality and competitive rates.
Since its renovation, the Canal Saint Martin, with its tree-lined banks and working locks, has become a favourite of Parisians and tourists alike. Besides the unique charms of the canal, the attractions of the district include:- the magnificent 18th century Convent des Recollets and the attractive Villemin Gardens, both of which are overlooked by the Villa Saint Martin
- numerous restaurants and theatres, giving plenty of scope for evening excursions and events
- proximity to the transport hubs of the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est (3 and 10 minutes on foot respectively), which offer access to a number of metro, RER and bus lines, as well as to major taxi ranks.
Inside the hotel, an atmosphere of understated elegance has been created with tasteful decoration in warm natural colours, walnut furniture specially made-to-measure for each room, and high quality drapes and bed linen. The hotel's custom-designed lighting system adds to the feeling of calm.
The breakfast buffet, beautifully presented on a 4-metre long counter, includes, amongst other things, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, and croissants. Guests particularly appreciate the fruit salad, which is freshly prepared each morning.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
